Somerset Sport Shop

Somerset Sport is a popular shop located in the Woermann Brock building near the mall and sells a wide range of sports related goods and equipment. From Billabong and Quiksilver surf clothes, to tennis racquets and wetsuits, through to a wide range of fishing rods and tackle for the keen sea and freshwater fishing enthusiast, this store has it all. This Somerset West retail store has been in operation in the area since 1993 selling products to customers of all ages and genders at competitive prices.

Other branches of Somerset Sport are located in Stellenbosch and Cape Gate Mall and there is a specialist fishing tackle shop located in the Strand area. The mall branches opening times are trading seven days a week while the stores located in Stellenbosch and Strand are open Monday to Saturday. We personally know one or two customers that frequent the branch in the Woermann Brock building near the Somerset Mall. These customers are fishermen and they have informed us that a few of the staff at this popular retail store are experienced fishermen themselves and can give expert sales assistance and advice.

Sport is popular in just about every corner of South Africa so it is important for those involved in playing and participating that there is a place where advice and equipment can be sought after and bought at a reasonable cost.
